Additional charges

$10 late cancellation fee charged when a booking is cancelled less than two hours before the start time. This helps cover the cost of lost availability.

$26 applied when a user fails to collect the vehicle of the booking start time, resulting in the vehicle being idle.

$0.12 per km up to 180km per day applies. $0.50 per km fee for anything above 180km per day onwards.

$65 fee applies when a driver returns the vehicle in a condition that requires additional cleaning due to it being dirty but not soiled.

$225 fee appliis when a driver returns the vehicle in a soiled condition that requires deeper cleaning. This could be outside or inside of the vehicle such as soil, smoke, mud, vomit or blood.

$10 for replacement of Zilch RFID card replacement that is used to unlock the vehicle and charging.

$25 processing fee for any toll road, speeding fine or parking infringements

$5 fee will be charged for aiport dropoff and pickup option that will be applied automatically.

$250 minimum fee is payable for any relocation of a vehicle back to its designated parking area. This does not include additional infringement charges such as impound cost for parking at the tow away area.

$250 minimum fee is payable depending on the distance and time of day for the tow and callout.

12% p.a. fee charge for any unpaid fees and charges

$2000 insurance excess applies. All drivers must be 19 years and over and possess a full New Zealand drivers license.
